If you have ordered something from us and the item is NOT showing up in your email, please follow these trouble shooting steps:

Go to your email provider’s website, like Yahoo.com, AOL.com, Hotmail.com, etc.

Log into their website browser, and follow the directions they provide so that you can add us to your email provider’s list of people that you do want to receive emails from.
